Temporary Front Desk Coordinator (Maternity Leave Coverage) – Chiropractic Office
Pay: $19–$23 per hour (based on experience)
Position Type: Temporary (Late February–End of June) with potential for permanent placement
We are seeking a friendly, dependable individual to join our chiropractic office as a Temporary Front Desk Coordinator while a team member is on maternity leave. This role is approximately 3.5 months and may lead to a permanent, full-time position running our decompression therapy tables for the right candidate.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Answering phones and scheduling appointments
- Greeting patients and providing excellent customer service
- Checking patients in and out
- Collecting payments and processing transactions
- Supporting daily front desk operations
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Professional, positive demeanor
- Ability to multitask in a busy office
- Prior medical or customer service experience preferred but not required
Opportunity for Growth:
