Role Description
This is a full or part-time hybrid position for a licensed or provisionally licensed clinician at an Outpatient group practice. As a Licensed Clinician, you will be responsible for providing one-on-one therapy sessions to clients, using your clinical skills and knowledge to offer evidence-based interventions, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to help clients meet their individual needs.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work or Counseling and an active license in good standing (LCSW;LSW;LPC;LAC)
- 1-2 years years post Graduate work experience with direct care
- Expertise in individual and group therapy modalities such as CBT, DBT, ACT, and mindfulness-based interventions are a plus
- Demonstrated experience working with diverse populations
- Understanding and adherence to ethical and professional standards set by the governing board of your respective license
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to correspond with clients, colleagues, and organizations involved in clients' care
- Experience working with electronic health records (EHRs) and technology-enabled care is a plus
Position is virtual or hybrid in Monmouth County. Salary based upon clinical experience, certifications and more. This is not a contracted position.
