Position Overview
Simply Handy is a structured home service company focused on safety, repair, and controlled upgrades—not open-ended remodeling.
We are hiring a Lead Installer to execute a mix of:
- planned package installations (stairs, rails, bathroom safety)
- structured service work (toilets, grab bars, lighting, plumbing, small repairs)
All work follows a defined system:
Capture → Plan → Kit → Execute → Cleanup → Quality review
You do not design jobs in the field.
You execute clearly defined work, with materials ready and scope set in advance.

What You’ll Do
- Execute stair, rail, ramp, and bathroom safety installs
- Complete service modules (toilet replacement, grab bars, fixtures, lighting)
- Follow defined job scope and install sequence
- Enforce STOP rules when conditions change
- Document work with required photos
- Maintain clean, organized job sites
- Complete jobs within scheduled time blocks
What a Typical Week Looks Like
- Some days: 1 full package install
- Some days: 1 medium job 1–2 smaller services
- Some days: multiple smaller service calls
All work is pre-planned and scheduled.
You are not sourcing materials or building scope onsite.
Pay Structure
- $26–$32/hour base
- Per-job bonuses
- Performance multiplier tied to quality and consistency
- Additional bonuses for proper issue escalation (STOP rules)
Target earnings:
$1,200–$1,500 /week depending on performance
