Title: Warehouse Associate
Location: Kent, WA
Schedule: Monday–Friday (M–F), 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM (overtime as needed)
Pay: $21.00 per hour

Simply Great Staffing is recruiting for an experienced Distribution Warehouse Associate to join a top-tier electrical distribution company in Kent. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with long-term potential for reliable, hard-working candidates.

What You’ll Do
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders with speed and accuracy
- Stage, load, and move materials for outgoing shipments
- Receive, stock, and organize incoming inventory
- Spool wire and bundle materials as needed
- Operate equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, and pallet jacks
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse
What We’re Looking For
- 2 years of recent distribution warehouse experience (required)
- Forklift / reach truck experience (required)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
- Comfortable lifting heavy materials and being on your feet all shift
- Strong attention to detail and safety
- Reliable, team-oriented, and ready to work
