Schedule: Monday - Friday

Simply Great Staffing is now hiring a Warehouse Associate for a temp-to-hire opportunity with a respected coffee roasting company in Renton, WA! Position Summary:
As a Warehouse Associate, you’ll be responsible for building outgoing orders, ensuring and correct product placement. This role requires a strong understanding of warehouse processes, attention to detail, the ability to assist the team with building outgoing shipments of finished coffee for their customers safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pick and prepare orders for shipment, including UPS orders
- Stage and build coffee orders as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation and complete picking tickets
- Notify Shipping Lead or Warehouse Manager of inventory issues
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area
- Ensure all supplies and equipment are properly stored and maintained
- Follow all safety, food safety, and quality protocols
- Understand product coding, lot/date codes, and documentation procedures
- Participate in client-provided Quality Assurance and GMP training
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Skills & Competencies:
- Must have professional experience operating a stand-up forklift.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly
- Work efficiently under deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team
- Comfortable working in varying temperatures and dusty environments
- Personal and professional integrity
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (technical or college degree a plus)
- Previous experience in a food production or warehouse setting preferred
- Ability to read and write English
