Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage food safety as a top priority.
- Problem solving and initiative on all operations
- Manage all product ordering and unloading
- Manage inventory
- Oversee machinery packaging processes
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
- Assist in training and managing staff
- Create and adjust staff schedules to meet needs
- Fleet management
- Database utilization management
- Weekly menu management
- Oversee UPS shipping operations
- Ability to renew/obtain Serv-Safe Certification
- Create a positive work environment with a sense of teamwork, overall efficiency, organization and productivity.
Qualifications:
- Previous operations experience in food packaging or other related fields
- Strong leadership skills to build relationships
- Possess a high degree of drive to achieve results
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, Excel
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to be on your feet for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
