- Coordinate and schedule client care
- Verify insurance coverage and perform insurance verification to streamline patient visits
- Manage appointment changes, cancellations, and rescheduling requests promptly and professionally
- Maintain organized filing
- Provide excellent client service by answering multi-line phone systems with proper phone etiquette and assisting front desk operations
Qualifications
- Proven experience in scheduling within a non-medical setting
- Excellent computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Outstanding customer service skills coupled with professional phone etiquette and typing proficiency
