What Success Looks Like

You're producing photo and video content every month — across our Recipe Box, Hero Kits, and Nature Packaged product lines — that's on-brand, on-schedule, and helps customers understand how to use our products with confidence.

Responsibilities

• Shoot photo and video content
• Coordinate shoot schedules with talent, the warehouse, and the marketing team
• Style sets, prep props and ingredients
• Direct talent and presenters on camera

Qualifications

Experience is a plus, but we are also willing to train. The right candidate will have, or will be comfortable developing, the following skills:

• Shooting and producing photo/video content, including iPhone filming
• Directing talent on camera and coordinating production schedules across multiple teams
• Strong organizational skills
• Resourceful, hands-on problem solver (you'll sometimes need to build a prop or improvise a mock-up product)
• Familiarity or ability to learn Canva, Notion, and Google Drive/Workspace; experience with CapCut, Adobe Lightroom, Loom, or teleprompter apps is a plus
