Responsibilities:

Create a welcoming, high-energy environment by greeting patients and setting the tone for an exceptional visit

Keep the day running seamlessly by managing the schedule, minimizing wait times, and proactively solving issues as they arise

Serve as the connection point between patients and the clinical team, ensuring smooth handoffs and clear communication

Support patients through their visit — from check-in to check-out — including scheduling next appointments and collecting payments

Present treatment plans, explain insurance coverage, and discuss financial options with confidence and accuracy

Stay ahead of the schedule by confirming appointments, verifying insurance, and following up on missed or late arrivals

Maintain accurate patient records and ensure all processes align with HIPAA standards

Contribute to a clean, organized, and professional front office environment

Support the team with onboarding, training, and day-to-day office operations

Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management
