LEAD House Cleaner, Full-Time (Monday-Friday)

We're Hiring! Lead Cleaner Position – Simply Clean Spokane

Simply Clean Spokane is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Lead Cleaner to join our team! We're seeking someone who is dependable, flexible, easygoing, and confident in their ability to lead a team while maintaining excellent relationships with both clients and team members.

We provide residential, Airbnb, office, post-construction, and move-in/move-out cleaning services throughout Spokane and the surrounding areas, including Deer Park, Spokane Valley, and Post Falls.

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 1 year of professional cleaning experience, specifically in a lead or supervisory role
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to guide, support, and motivate a team
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to maintain positive relationships with both clients and team members
• A flexible, easygoing attitude and the ability to adapt to changing schedules and client needs
• Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
• Able to work independently while ensuring the team stays on task and maintains our quality standards
• Must have your own reliable vehicle
• Valid driver's license and full coverage insurance required
• Willingness to use your own vehicle for travel between jobs (Travel time reimbursed)

Starting Pay: $22.50/hour

Full-time | 30–40 hours per week

Team members also receive tips, bonus incentives, and sick pay. PTO is offered after one year with our company.

Schedule:

• Monday–Friday
• Must be available to start at 8:00 AM and work until approximately 4:00 PM (sometimes earlier, rarely later)
