The selected candidate will be responsible for:
The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving new revenue growth, penetrating strategic accounts, and expanding our market footprint in the polymer sector. With a primary focus on ABS markets, this role combines strategic sales leadership with deep relationship-building to accelerate business expansion.
The selected candidate will also possess:
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in targeted industries and market segments, with a primary focus on ABS.
- Build and manage a robust pipeline of qualified leads through proactive outreach, networking, and cold engagement.
- Cultivate deep, trust-based relationships with decision-makers, from engineering to C-level executives.
- Lead negotiations from initial pitch through contract close, successfully navigating complex buying cycles.
- Partner with product and technical teams to design and deliver tailored solutions that address customer needs.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings that strengthen market presence.
- Stay current on market dynamics, customer trends, and competitive activity to anticipate opportunities.
- Track performance using CRM tools and provide regular reporting on key metrics and sales progress.
- Stay sharp on market dynamics, competitive activity, and emerging opportunities.
Salary Range: $100-120k/yr
