We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Benefit Specialist to join our team in the Conway/Little Rock area. We have had tremendous growth and we need great people to help continue that trend! The Benefits Specialist will work closely with local leadership to drive sales.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales and meet established targets
- Deliver exceptional customer service and support to policyholders
- Assist policyholders with claims and provide guidance throughout the process
- Collaborate with leadership and team members to implement sales strategies
