We provide a steady pipeline of work, allowing you to consistently maximize your flat-rate hours. This is a full-time 1099 position. No corporate politics, no micromanagement, and no babysitting. You bring your tools, turn the wrenches, and cash your checks. Your paycheck depends entirely on your own speed and hustle.
The Perks (What we offer that corporate shops won't):
- Free Shop/Lift Use: Use the bays, lifts, and scanners after hours or on weekends to work on your own rides.
- Parts & Tools at Cost: Buy personal car parts and tools through our shop accounts at wholesale pricing—no retail markups.
- Weekends Optional: Main shift is Monday through Friday. Weekend hours are available if you want to crush extra work, but it is entirely up to you.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Independently diagnosing, servicing, and repairing a wide variety of customer vehicles.
- Handling comprehensive diagnostics using scanners, electrical testing, and schematics to find the root cause quickly.
- Knocking out mechanical repairs across multiple makes and models (powertrains, transmissions, brakes, suspension, and A/C).
- Performing alignments, suspension fixes, and steering system diagnostics.
- Providing quick, accurate repair estimates and notes so our service team can keep the workflow moving.
What You Need:
- 2–3 years of solid, hands-on experience in a professional shop environment.
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills (comfort reading wiring diagrams and handling multi-system diagnostics is a must).
- Experience with alignments, basic ADAS tracking, and transmission/powertrain repairs is highly valued.
- Your own reliable inventory of hand tools and air tools (we provide the updated heavy lifts and top-tier scanners).
- A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. ASEs or diesel experience are a great bonus, but your speed and accuracy on the floor are what matter most.
