Role Summary
We’re hiring a Junior Technician to help install and support low-voltage and automation systems in homes and businesses. This is an entry-level, hands-on role for someone who wants to build a real career in the AV and smart technology industry.
What You’ll Do
- Assist with installation of AV, automation, lighting, and security systems
- Pull, label, and terminate low-voltage cabling (CAT, speaker, coax, control)
- Mount devices and equipment, help with system testing and troubleshooting
- Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe
- Learn to read basic drawings, wiring diagrams, and system layouts
- Interact with clients in a professional, respectful manner
What We’re Looking For
- Basic hand tool skills and mechanical aptitude
- Able to listen, learn quickly, and follow direction
- Reliable, on time, and career-minded
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (no DUI or major violations)
- Able to pass background and reference checks
- Any construction, electrical, or low-voltage experience is a plus, not required
Pay & Benefits
- $18–$22 per hour, based on experience
