Position Summary
We are seeking a Lead Salesforce Developer to provide technical leadership and hands-on development expertise across Salesforce implementations. The ideal candidate will lead development efforts, mentor team members, and design scalable solutions using Salesforce best practices and modern development frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and delivery of Salesforce solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to Salesforce developers.
- Develop and maintain Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex classes, triggers, and asynchronous Apex processes.
- Build and support integrations using REST APIs, OAuth, Named Credentials, and JSON-based services.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce development best practices.
- Support deployments, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and ongoing platform enhancements.
Qualifications & Skills
- 8 years of Salesforce development experience.
- Strong hands-on expertise with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex.
- Experience developing Triggers, Classes, Queueable, Batch, Future, and Scheduled Apex.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Flows, data model, objects, and relationships.
- Knowledge of the Salesforce Security Model, including Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules, and Field-Level Security.
- Experience with REST API integrations, OAuth, Named Credentials, and external system integrations.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, including bulkification, governor limits, error handling, and performance optimization.
- Experience with Git-based source control and CI/CD processes.
- Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I and Platform Developer II are preferred.
