AutoGlass of St. Louis, a locally owned and operated automotive glass repaircompany, is looking to add a personable and detail-oriented customer servicerepresentative to their growing team. The customer service representative willserve as the first impression for our company and is responsible for a varietyof administrative tasks including answering phones, managing techniciansday-to-day schedule, and handling invoicing.
We arehiring for a fully remote position. The ideal candidate will have at least 1year of experience in a customer service role, with a specific focus on theautomotive industry preferred. We are flexible when it comes to hours, allwhich can be discussed further in the interview process. We are looking forsomeone to work between 30 – 40 hours a week.
What you will do:
- Answers phones and emails, sends quotes, schedules and confirms appointments, and inputs customer data into company systems.
- Communicates with company vendors to order glass and other vehicle parts and maintains company inventory sheets
- Maintains company systems and data sheets.
- Organizes day-to-day operations by scheduling and routing technicians to residential and commercial jobs and fielding technician needs as they arise.
- Invoices residential and commercial clients and collects customer reviews.
- Acts as the main point of contact for the insurance claims process.
- Creates commercial accounts in company systems and assigns appropriate commissions.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related administrative tasks as needed.
What we are looking for:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience in administrative role
- Proficient in Microsoft office applications
- Excellent telephone and email etiquette
- Strong problem solving skills
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Experience in Auto Glass or Auto Repair industry preferred
