Overview
Under general supervision, this role is responsible for meeting objectives of developed sales goals established by the supervisor. Assisting walk-in customers, phone customers, and procuring product for warehouse. Assists in warehouse as needed by supervisor with booking interisland and mainland shipments.
Responsibilities
- Maintains positive customer relations with present/prospective customers. Obtains feedback from customers regarding products. Maintains strong interface with company's service organization to ensure superior customer service.
- Assists in warehouse as needed, work with our company objectives in maintaining supply/demand and minimizing product.
- Printing invoices / orders from sales staff. Taking payments through phone and walk-in customers.
- Work with sales staff to assist in managing inventory.
- Responsible for actively participating in selling products to support counter sales including dispatch and delivery of farm chemicals and fertilizers.
- Provides information regarding strategies and solutions to pricing of products.

Skills & Relevant Experience
- Prior sales experience highly preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on face‑to‑face and counter sales interactions
- Experience processing sales transactions, pricing, and invoicing accurately
- Knowledge of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable (AP/AR) functions as they relate to customer accounts
- Skilled in answering phones, assisting walk‑in customers, and directing inquiries efficiently
- Detail‑oriented with filing, order documentation, and record maintenance
- Solid administrative background supporting daily sales and store operations
- Knowledge of company products and equipment
- Haz-Mat and DOT regulation knowledge
- Ability to become familiar with industry related software
Requirements
- Valid Class A Driver's License
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to perform basic mathematical functions
Pay: $25.00 - $29.00 per hour
