Key Responsibilities
Assist with a variety of accounting and financial reporting activities, including:
- Daily and weekly reporting
- Monthly account reconciliations
- Journal entry preparation and processing
- Financial data analysis and ad hoc reporting
- Partner with accounting team members to support ongoing business and financial initiatives.
- Analyze financial data and help identify trends, discrepancies, or opportunities for process improvement.
- Participate in special projects that provide exposure to different areas of accounting and finance.
- Currently enrolled in a nationally accredited college or university pursuing a bachelor’s degree in accounting.
- Must have successfully completed at least one Intermediate Accounting course.
- Junior standing or higher.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and a willingness to learn new systems and tools.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Practical experience applying accounting concepts in a real-world business environment.
