Position Overview
We are seeking a visionary Vice President - AI Practice to shape the future of AI-driven Enterprise solutions. This role blends deep technical expertise in various AI technologies (like ML, Agentic AI, RAG, MLOps, Data Engineering, and Cloud Architecture) with strong leadership in Pre-sales, Solution Design, for Enterprise Digital Transformation.
The ideal candidate is a seasoned technologist who can define strategic enterprise architecture, lead implementation of cutting-edge AI initiatives, and drive business growth by converting innovative ideas into tangible enterprise benefits.
Requirements
- 15 years in technology consulting, with at least last 5 years in a pre-sales or solution consulting role
- Proven track record of leading client engagements, positioning solutions, and influencing executive decision-makers
- Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value propositions
- Experience presenting to C-level executives and managing enterprise-level opportunities
- Skilled in solution scoping, RFP/RFI responses, and proposal creation
- Adept at building trust and long-term relationships with clients across industries
- Strong understanding of emerging technologies, with the ability to guide technical teams without being hands-on
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and negotiation skills
Key Responsibilities
- Build and Scale the AI Practice - Develop and implement standardized methodologies, frameworks, and best practices to drive consistency and excellence across AI initiatives
- Strategic Alignment and Leadership - Define the AI strategy and roadmap that ties directly into business goals, Actively contribute to thought leadership by participating in industry forums, driving the creation of AI-related whitepapers, and supporting marketing in crafting compelling narratives around Airo’s AI expertise
- Enterprise Strategy – Advise C-level stakeholders on AI adoption, cloud transformation, and scalable enterprise architectures, Foster a customer-first approach by actively gathering client feedback and translating it into actionable product and service improvements, Develop performance metrics and KPIs to measure the impact of AI solutions on business outcomes while delivering insights for continuous optimization
- Proof of Concept (POC) and Proof of Value (POV) - Conceptualize, develop, and deliver POCs and POVs to showcase the value of AI solutions to clients. Advise clients on best practices around AI ethics, governance, and regulatory considerations
- Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with Sales, Pre-sales, Data, Infrastructure and Business teams, internally as well as in the Client environment to align AI solutions with business objectives.
- Pre-Sales Leadership – Manage pre-sales engagements, develop custom solutions, respond to RFPs, and deliver compelling client presentations.
- Practice Development – Lead the Architecture practice, setting frameworks, best practices, and governance for enterprise-wide technology strategy.
Key Qualifications
- 15 years in software architecture, cloud computing, and AI/ML-driven solutions.
- Deep knowledge of AI/ML technologies, frameworks, and platforms, including hands-on experience with AI-based tools and cloud ecosystems.
- Architectural Leadership – Lead the design and development of AI-powered solutions, Architect scalable solutions.
- Data & Infrastructure Know-how- Hands-on working knowledge on different data & infrastructure specifications (e.g., Data Lake development, MLOps process design) for AI use development & deployment
- Deep experience designing secure, scalable, cost-optimized data and AI solutions.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and team mentorship skills, with a history of driving excellence.
Salary : $180,000 - $190,000
