No mortgage experience? No problem. We're willing to train the right person. This position is a great way to learn the mortgage industry, and for the right individual, it can become a pathway to becoming a licensed Loan Officer.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls from prospective clients
• Return missed calls and voicemails
• Gather information from prospective borrowers
• Schedule appointments with one of our Loan Officers
• Provide outstanding customer service on every interaction
• Accurately enter and update client information in our systems

Qualifications

• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Comfortable speaking on the phone
• Organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Eager to learn and grow professionally
• Able to quickly learn new software and technology
• Typing speed of at least 45 WPM
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Windows, and internet applications
• One year of customer service experience preferred

Compensation

$18–$20 per hour Bonus
