Simplified HR is growing! We’re looking for a people-focused professional who understands the medical aesthetics industry and can help support our medspa clients with their ongoing HR needs.
This role combines client support, HR, and medspa operations. You’ll build trusted relationships with medspa owners, help move HR projects forward, and provide practical support with:
- Hiring and onboarding
- Employee relations and performance concerns
- Policies, job descriptions, and HR documentation
- Performance reviews and employee check-ins
- Client communication and project follow-up
- Recruiting coordination
- Team accountability and workplace culture
Our ideal candidate has experience working in or supporting a medspa, aesthetics practice, wellness practice, dermatology office, plastic surgery practice, or similar environment. HR experience is important, but we are also open to an experienced medspa practice manager who has handled hiring, onboarding, employee relations, and team leadership.
You should be organized, responsive, comfortable communicating with business owners, and able to balance employee support with accountability and business needs.
- Experience with Monday.com, Gusto, Google Workspace, Jane, Boulevard, or recruiting platforms is a plus.
