Role Description
This full-time, on-site role as a Project Estimator is based in Lakeland, FL. The Project Estimator will be responsible for analyzing project requirements and preparing cost and budget estimates. Daily tasks include reviewing project specifications, performing takeoffs, collaborating with architects or contractors, and ensuring cost-effective material and labor estimates. The role will also involve maintaining clear communication with stakeholders to ensure project timelines and budgets are met effectively.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Construction Estimating and Project Estimation techniques
- Experience in STACK and/or Plan swift Software
- Strong skills in Cost Management and Budgeting
- Excellent Communication abilities for collaborating with team members and stakeholders
- Attention to detail and the ability to interpret blueprints and construction drawings
- Proficiency in estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in the construction industry, particularly in exterior building solutions, is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
