Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Ability to create ways of networking, recruiting, and interviewing to ensure top talent is being hired
- Develop strategies to maximize sales potential by accurately forecasting sales, ensuring correct staffing levels, and making necessary adjustments to payroll
- Share insights on work processes to facilitate any needed improvements for employees of the clinic.
- Provide insight and recommendations to your Clinic Director to impact future growth opportunities
- Executes succession plans to build your teams, support company growth, and increase employee retention
- Ensures clinical trainings are being prioritized and completed by the clinic employees.
- Train, coach, motivate, and lead the team to deliver outstanding client service standards at their locations
- Manage with integrity and honesty to support company values and culture
- Ensure that your clinic maintains and follows standard operational procedures, company policies, and human resources guidelines
- Create a strong partnership with your Clinic Director
- Establish and elevate relationships within the clinic.
- Develop staff and increase staff skill level through practicing training and delegation principles.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of management experience in a fast-paced and complex business environment
- Leadership experience and strong ability to influence
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to deliver a clear, concise message
- Proven ability to lead and build top-performing teams
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales and profit goals
- Proven ability to create teams by identifying internal and external talent
- Ability to train and develop the clinic team to deliver outstanding client services and meet or exceed sales goals
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business demands
- Proficiency in basic computer skills, including Windows, Word, and Excel
