- Conduct interviews and assist with hiring caregivers
- Conduct caregiver training and orientations both in person and virtually to remote areas
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with onboarding requirements
- Keep records and documentation current
- Support HR initiatives and projects as needed
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to build connections with job candidates

- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
Prefered:
- Home care experience
- CNA, Caregiver or Home Health Aide experience
