Simpli Speech provides personalized, client-centered speech and language therapy to children and adults across Southeast Michigan, starting at 18 months and continuing through the lifespan. We’re growing our clinic team and looking for a warm, curious clinician to join us.
What you’ll do
• Evaluate and treat pediatric and adult clients across a range of speech, language, and communication needs
• Conduct standardized and informal assessments, and build individualized treatment plans
• Deliver one-on-one therapy sessions in clinic, with some teletherapy flexibility
• Document progress clearly and on time
• Partner with families, caregivers, and other professionals so skills carry over at home, school, and in the community
• Contribute to team meetings, program development, and community outreach
Who we’re looking for
• A passionate, collaborative speech therapist who loves working as part of a team
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program, with ASHA CCC-SLP (or eligibility)
• Current Michigan licensure, or eligibility for licensure
• Autism and AAC experience preferred, not required
• Comfort with (or willingness to grow into) dysphagia evaluation and treatment
• Open to new Clinical Fellows, we love mentoring CFYs!
