What We’re Looking For

Simpli.fi is currently looking for an experienced Omnichannel Account Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for building, managing, optimizing, and reporting on Google Search, Performance Max, Google Video, and DV360 campaigns.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Managing the end-to-end execution of Google SEM, PMAX, YouTube, and DV360 advertising campaigns, including setup, audience building, and daily optimization to meet client goals.
  • Developing and implementing campaign strategies including in depth keyword analysis, advanced bid strategy analysis, and precise budget pacing.
  • Reinforcing best practices for SEM, PMAX, YouTube, and YouTube TV campaign management.
  • Ensuring campaigns are structured and optimized for success across all platforms.
  • Troubleshooting conversion tracking, pixel implementation, and platform-specific issues.
  • Participating in the development process by providing feedback on tools and workflows for multi-channel management.
  • Conducting QA testing and providing feedback for new platform integrations and features.

YOU’LL HAVE THE FOLLOWING TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:

  • Bachelor’s Degree – analytical or technical degree preferred.
  • 3 years of hands-on-keyboard experience managing campaigns directly within Google advertising platforms.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Experience with web debugging tools (e.g., Developer Tools) and conversion tracking technologies.
  • Experience with SQL is preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and hit delivery goals in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable working in an entrepreneurial environment.
