Simpli Eye Care PLLC is a growing, patient-focused optometry clinic in Tucson, AZ, and we’re looking for a motivated and positive individual to join our team as a Full-Time Patient Care Coordinator — someone who is flexible, eager to learn, and looking for a role they can grow in.
***We are specifically seeking for candidates with flexible schedule including availability on weekends AND weekdays. Candidates with open and adaptable availability will be prioritized.***
What You’ll Do:
As a Patient Care Coordinator, you’ll be involved in both clinical and administrative tasks. You’ll work under the supervision of an optometrist and assist with:
- Patient pre-testing (e.g., visual acuity, eye pressure checks, imaging)
- Contact lens education
- Front desk tasks like check-in, scheduling, scanning paperwork, and insurance verification
- Supporting the doctor during exams
- Maintaining and organizing contact lens inventory
- General office duties to keep the clinic running smoothly

- Flexible availability, especially for the Saturday–Wednesday schedule
