Key Responsibilities
- Lead by example during service, delivering a hightouch guest experience.
- Support the onboarding of frontofhouse team members by leading service on the floor.
- Reinforce service standards, flow, and hospitality expectations in an intimate service environment.
- Serve as a point of contact on the floor during service, maintaining communication with management.
- Assist with monthly inventory counts and support weekly ordering and invoice tracking.
- Maintain a clean, organized space in accordance with health, safety, and brand standards.
- Strong service leadership presence with attention to detail.
- Clear, confident communication skills and comfort engaging with guests.
- Ability to balance active service with training support responsibilities.
- Familiarity with reservation systems (OpenTable preferred) and POS systems, with willingness to learn additional systems as needed.
