Position Overview

The Server provides informed, attentive service while bringing personality and awareness to each guest interaction. The ideal candidate communicates with ease, understands the rhythm of upscale service and knows when to engage, anticipate or step back.

Pay

$10.30 per hour plus tips.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and guide them through the menu.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders.
• Serve food and beverages with attention to timing and presentation.
• Offer recommendations based on guest preferences.
• Monitor the experience and respond promptly to requests.
• Communicate allergies and special requests clearly.
• Coordinate with chefs, bartenders and other frontofhouse team members.
• Process checks and payments accurately.
• Maintain prepared service areas and complete assigned side work.
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of serving experience in an upscale or finedining restaurant.
• Strong understanding of attentive, wellpaced service.
• Ability to learn menu details and answer questions confidently.
• Genuine enjoyment of connecting with guests.
• Clear communication and good situational awareness.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities without losing composure.
• Dependable and collaborative approach.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
