- Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity across all marketing materials.
- Design assets including menus, instore signage, promotional flyers, table tents, packaging elements, and digital displays.
- Create graphics for brand campaigns, seasonal promotions, and product launches.
- Assist in maintaining brand guidelines and ensuring adherence across the organization.
- Design graphics, templates, and visual elements for social media content, ads, website assets, and email marketing.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to produce engaging content that supports brand storytelling.
- Prepare printready files and manage production with external print vendors.
- Review proofs, ensure quality control, and troubleshoot color or formatting issues.
- Maintain an organized library of design assets and templates.
- Partner with marketing, operations, and culinary teams to support new menu items, promotions, and store initiatives.
- Provide design support for new store openings, local store marketing materials, and special events.
- Work closely with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute creative concepts.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 35 years of design experience, preferably in food, hospitality, retail, or consumer brands.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and tools like Canva or Figma.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, layout, and color theory.
- Experience preparing print files and working with printers.
- Photography and/or video editing skills are a plus.
