Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and host guests with professionalism and warmth.
- Support reservations, seating, and overall service flow.
- Prepare and serve cocktails, sake, wine, and other beverages.
- Provide beverage recommendations and pairings when appropriate.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable frontofhouse and bar area.
- Assist with inventory support, prep, and closing procedures.
- Collaborate with the frontofhouse team to support smooth operations.
- Experience in fine dining, upscale, or fastpaced hospitality environments preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with spirits, sake, wine, and cocktail preparation.
