We are looking for a polished, warm, organized, and highly dependable Front Desk & Client Experience Coordinator to become the voice and face of our firm. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating a welcoming environment, keeping details organized, supporting a professional team, and making clients feel cared for from the moment they call, visit, or attend an event.
This is not a remote role, and it is not a sales position. It is a front-office, client-facing role for someone who takes pride in hospitality, follow-through, office presentation, and exceptional service..

What You’ll Do
You will create a first-class client experience by:
· Answering phones with warmth, professionalism, and confidence
· Greeting clients and guests and making them feel welcome
· Preparing meeting rooms before and after client appointments
· Offering refreshments and maintaining a polished office environment
· Supporting client scheduling, confirmations, reminders, and follow-up
· Assisting with birthday cards, client appreciation touches, gifts, and other “Client Love” activities
· Helping prepare for client events, seminars, workshops, and special gatherings
· Maintaining accurate client information in our CRM system
· Supporting mail, scanning, document organization, and general office administration
· Assisting leadership and team members with daily administrative needs
· Helping ensure the office looks, feels, and runs like a high-end professional firm

Schedule
This is a full-time, in-office position in Palm Harbor, FL. Evening client events may be required a few times per year, with advance notice.
