This role is well suited to someone who is highly attentive, detail-oriented, and dependable in follow-up. As an In-House Recruiter, you will help keep recruiting activity moving by staying on top of candidate flow, coordinating next steps, and supporting a smooth scheduling process for internal stakeholders and applicants. The position is focused on execution, organization, and consistency rather than deep subject-matter expertise in every role being recruited.
Responsibilities- Monitor the recruiting platform and Workable applicant tracking system, and schedule meetings on the principals' calendars, whether in person or virtual.
Requirements
Required Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Some in-house recruiting experience.
- Experience using Workable ATS.
- Eligibility to work in the United States.
- Experience coordinating interviews and managing candidate follow-up.
- Experience communicating with principals and candidates to schedule interviews and handle follow-up.
- Experience working in a family office environment.
