Key Responsibilities
- Build, deploy, and maintain internal applications that streamline company operations.
- Leverage vibecoding platforms (Lovable, Cursor, Replit, and others) to rapidly prototype and deliver tools.
- Translate ambiguous business needs into functional apps and workflows.
- Ensure scalability, reliability, and performance of delivered solutions.
- Collaborate with leadership to identify and prioritize high-value internal projects.
- Continuously evaluate and integrate new vibecoding tools into the workflow

Requirements
- Proven track record of building and shipping applications quickly using AI-powered/vibecoding platforms.
- Deep familiarity with Lovable, Cursor, Replit, and similar tools.
- Strong understanding of software design, APIs, and automation frameworks.
- Ability to handle end-to-end delivery: from idea → prototype → production.
- Experience integrating with third-party tools, APIs, and databases.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced, unstructured environments.
