Duties and Responsibilities:
Putting OS on client laptops / desktops / tablets, configuration of laptops / desktops / tablets and client data migration
Advanced break / fix support of software / hardware issues for clients
Managing and updating tickets via the client's ticketing database
Flexibility changing directions within an hour, sometimes less
Travelling between buildings using personal vehicle
Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum 3 to 5 years of technical experience
A certification required within 90 days of start date
Windows / Linux imaging experience
Advanced Windows OS troubleshooting
Basic server imaging with limited troubleshooting
Basic Linux OS troubleshooting
Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs. solo
May be required to walk / sit / stand / crawl / kneel for extended periods
Must have excellent customer service skills and excellent written / verbal communication skills
Requires knowledge of Microsoft suite (Outlook, Excel, and Word primarily) and Windows 7, 8, and 10
Pay: $17.40 - $23.20 per hour
