Our team provides best-in-class operational solutions with technical knowledge and subject matter experts of building systems, envelopes, campus and client operations.
The Facility Solutions Analyst I role is focused working in Data Centers conducting and delivering process solutions for the delivery and implementation of facility services and operations.
Will perform data center type of work at a variety of locations in the DC Metro area.
Essential Duties
- Work with technical and subject matter experts to support and prepare process documentation in accordance with company guidelines and philosophies.
- Develop written and graphical materials to support the documentation of systems and solutions.
- Coordinate with other members of the Solution’s staff.
- Determine process based on knowledge, experience, and correspondence with design/engineering firms.
- Read and understand plans and specifications.
- Researches and collects input from multiple internal and external resources.
- Understanding of relationships to the ongoing success of Hensel Phelps.
- Other duties as assigned.
Physical Requirements
- Light Work. Exerting up to 25 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects.

- Visual acuity and ability to operate a vehicle as certified and appropriate.

Requirements
Position Qualifications
- Possess basic written communications skills and be detail oriented.
- Minimum of 1 years’ experience in professional services, construction, maintenance, and operations contracts.
- Bachelor’s Degree from four-year college or university; or four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license.
- Must be able to function as part of a high-performance team.
- Working knowledge of facilities operations and building systems.
- Ability to work collaboratively in mobile work environment.
- Software proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Project, Word, SharePoint).
