Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for a Medical Assistant at Simple Screening, located in Peachtree Corners, GA. The Medical Assistant will support daily operations by performing medical assisting tasks such as conducting tests to enforce workplace safety, maintain records, perform blood draws, and perform on-site testing at various locations. Additional responsibilities may include managing front-office tasks, understanding medical terminology, and working closely with clients to deliver accurate and efficient screening services.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Medical Assisting, including conducting tests and maintaining professionalism during patient interactions
- Experience in managing Medical Office operations, including scheduling, record keeping, and front-desk support
- Strong Patient Care skills with a focus on professionalism, empathy, and customer service
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent; certification in Medical Assisting or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in workplace compliance or healthcare settings is an asset
- Must have own reliable vehicle to perform on-site and emergency testing.
