Real Estate Appointment Setter – Inside Sales / Lead Manager (Remote)
Location: Remote (Central Indiana Preferred) — ideally near Indianapolis / Fort Wayne / Central Indiana for occasional team days and training (90% work-from-home)
Hours: Full-Time | Monday–Friday (some flexibility). Must be available for calls during business hours in Eastern/Central time.
Pay: $30,000 base uncapped performance bonuses (typical total $36,000–$45,000 )

Simple Quarters is hiring a phone-based Appointment Setter / Lead Manager to be the first voice motivated home sellers hear. You respond fast, build rapport, ask great questions, and set quality appointments for our Acquisitions team. If you like clear daily goals, getting a little better every week, and earning more when you produce, you'll do well here.
What You'll Do
- Respond fast to inbound seller leads (calls, texts, web forms)
- Make outbound follow-up calls to warm and older leads
- Qualify sellers on condition, motivation, timeline, and price
- Set 4–8 quality appointments per week (once ramped) for our closers
- Keep clean, accurate notes and statuses in Salesforce
- Follow our proven script and sharpen it through weekly coaching
What We're Looking For
- Strong phone presence — you connect with people quickly and professionally
- Coachable, consistent, and resilient (you don't let a "no" rattle you)
- Organized and disciplined with follow-up
- Sales / call-center / appointment-setting experience a plus (not required)
- Real estate familiarity a bonus; Spanish a bonus
