Inside Technical Sales Representative

What you’ll do:
- Manage your North Carolina territory, prospecting new clients and nurturing existing accounts
- Analyze customer processes and recommend tailored equipment solutions
- Provide technical support
- Conduct on-site surveys and presentations, as needed
- Develop strategic account plans and manage your sales pipeline
- Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and operations teams for seamless execution
What we’re looking for:
- Experience with process equipment such as pumps, valves, heat exchangers, or automation systems.
- 1-3 years of technical sales experience
- Strong technical aptitude and communication skills
- Valid NC driver’s license and ability to travel on demand across North Carolina
- A self-motivated professional with strong technical curiosity and a passion for industrial solutions—skilled at communication, building trust, solving complex challenges, and thriving in a fast-paced environment.
