We’re hiring a Sales Operations Specialist to help keep our sales process organized, accurate, and efficient as our company continues to grow.
This is an operations-first role with sales responsibility. You’ll support and improve how leads move through our system—from first call to scheduled service—while also handling sales conversations during a team transition.
This is not a high-pressure, quota-only sales job. Success in this role comes from attention to detail, follow-through, and improving how the sales process works day to day.
What You’ll Be Responsible ForSales & Lead Management
- Handle inbound sales calls and inquiries
- Schedule new customers accurately and efficiently
- Follow up on leads and unscheduled opportunities
- Maintain clean, accurate CRM records
- Ensure a smooth handoff from sales to service
Sales Operations & Process Support
- Own the accuracy and organization of the sales pipeline
- Track conversion trends and flag issues early
- Coordinate closely with the office team on scheduling capacity
- Identify gaps, bottlenecks, or breakdowns in the sales process
- Suggest and help implement process improvements
Cross-Team Coordination
- Communicate clearly with office and service teams
- Ensure customer expectations are set correctly at the point of sale
- Support consistency and quality across customer interactions
What Success Looks Like
- Leads are followed up on promptly and accurately
- Schedules are filled efficiently without creating downstream issues
- Sales data is clean, reliable, and up to date
- Fewer errors, fewer reworks, fewer dropped balls
- Problems are identified early—not after they escalate

Experience We’re Looking For
- Experience in sales support, sales operations, customer coordination, or office operations
- Comfort speaking with customers on the phone
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Experience with CRM systems or scheduling software is a plus
Compensation & Growth
- Base pay: $20–$25/hour (based on experience)
- Commission: Paid on closed sales
