Floor Technician / Janitor (Part-Time)

We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Floor Tech/Janitor to join our team part-time in the evenings. You’ll help keep our buildings clean and floors in top shape. If you know your way around a buffer, auto-scrubber, or just enjoy making floors shine, we want to hear from you.
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and disinfect floors and carpets
• Strip, wax, and buff floors as needed (training available)
• Clean and sanitize restrooms (toilets, sinks, mirrors, fixtures)
• Empty trash bins and replace liners, remove waste from the building
• Dust surfaces, wipe down furniture, and clean office equipment
• Clean interior glass (doors, windows, partitions)
• Restock restroom and kitchen supplies (soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc.)
• Use cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and correctly
• Report any maintenance needs or low supplies to your supervisor
• Perform other duties as needed depending on the day
