Key Responsibilities:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and disinfect floors and carpets
- Strip, wax, and buff floors as needed (training available)
- Clean and sanitize restrooms (toilets, sinks, mirrors, fixtures)
- Empty trash bins and replace liners, remove waste from the building
- Dust surfaces, wipe down furniture, and clean office equipment
- Clean interior glass (doors, windows, partitions)
- Restock restroom and kitchen supplies (soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc.)
- Use cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and correctly
- Report any maintenance needs or low supplies to your supervisor
- Perform other duties as needed depending on the day
- Attention to Detail: You notice the little stuff that makes a big difference

- Physically Capable: Able to stand, bend, lift (up to 50 lbs), and do repetitive work

- Must have reliable transportation to and from the job site
- Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident authorized to work in the U.S.
