Clinical Supervisor ABA (BCBA Hours)

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Supervisor ABA to oversee behavioral therapy services for individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism. This role involves supervising ABA therapy programs, ensuring compliance with clinical standards, and supporting a team of behavior technicians. Duties

• Supervise and mentor behavior technicians delivering ABA therapy, ensuring adherence to treatment plans and clinical protocols
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including intake evaluations and diagnostic evaluations
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans based on data collection and client progress
• Oversee data collection processes to track behavioral progress and adjust interventions as needed
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain accurate medical documentation and records
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and facilitate effective communication
• Provide training and ongoing education to staff on behavioral health best practices, medical terminology, and documentation standards
• Conduct regular quality assurance checks to ensure high standards of patient care and safety

Experience

• Must be enrolled In Masters Degree program In ABA
• Proven experience in behavioral therapy, specifically applied behavior analysis (ABA)
• Experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder
• Knowledge of special education principles and behavioral health practices
• Familiarity with medical documentation, medical records management, and HIPAA compliance
• Strong skills in data collection, patient assessment, and diagnostic evaluation
• Prior experience supervising clinical staff or behavior technicians is preferred
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Background in working with individuals with disabilities or behavioral health challenges is highly desirable
