Account Manager (Managed Transportation)

As one of our founding Account Managers, you won’t just maintain a spreadsheet—you will own client relationships from onboarding to strategic growth. What You’ll Actually Do (The Impact)

  • Own the Relationship: Act as the strategic partner for a dedicated portfolio of shippers. You are their trusted advisor, not an account number.
  • Translate Data into Action: Use our proprietary market intelligence and performance scorecards to show clients exactly where their supply chain breaks and how to fix it.
  • Command Exceptions: When service failures happen, you step in, solve the issue with operations, and lead client communication with radical transparency.
  • Drive Strategic Growth: Run monthly and quarterly executive business reviews to optimize shipping lanes, reduce landed costs, and expand our footprint.

Who You Are

  • The Logistics Strategist: 2 years of account management or operations experience (within a 3PL, brokerage, or managed transportation environment is preferred but not required)
  • The Analytical Storyteller: Comfortable turning data into a clear strategy for a client. You can look at lane density, claims ratios, and carrier data, and derive actionable insights.
  • The Startup Builder: Energized by ambiguity. You don’t need a 200-page SOP manual to know how to add value; you want to help us build the playbook.
