Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning duties including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and trash removal across assigned areas.
• Use specialized cleaning equipment such as buffers and floor polishers to maintain high-quality floor care.
• Conduct janitorial tasks for both commercial and residential properties, ensuring all spaces meet cleanliness standards.
• Assist with custodial responsibilities such as restocking supplies and maintaining cleaning inventory.
• Support facilities maintenance activities, including minor repairs and reporting larger issues to management.
• Maintain safety protocols during cleaning procedures, including proper handling of chemicals and equipment.
• Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently while adhering to health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial services preferred.
• Knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing, stripping, sealing, and polishing floors.
• Experience with commercial cleaning environments or industrial cleaning is a plus.
• Familiarity with facilities maintenance tasks such as basic repairs or painting is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions precisely.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
