What are the responsibilities and job description for the Inside Sales and Marketing Representative position at SIMONSWERK North America, Inc.?
Sales Support Responsibilities
- Provide exemplary support to the sales team, distributors, and end users both through phone and email communications
- Process customer orders including stock checks, lead time, and pricing
- Order invoicing
- Create quotes based off RFQs as well as quote tracking and reporting
- Manage return requests and process credit notes
- Review and processing of backorders
- General office responsibilities including filing, managing office supplies, preparing meeting spaces, etc.
- Provide support to other departments (shipping, accounting, HR) as needed
Marketing Support Responsibilities
· Assist in pre-trade show planning including coordinating booth set up, marketing materials, hotels and staff meals
· Manage post-trade show leads
· Provide marketing sales support through sending samples and brochures
· Manage Continuing Education reporting and certificates
· Support the Regional Marketing Manager with additional tasks as needed
Requirements
- Completed Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
- Experience with customer service or administrative tasks
- Marketing experience
- Basic skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient data entry skills
- Strong organizational, detail oriented and analytical skills
Pay: Up to $40,000.00 per year
