Position Summary
The Junior Account Executive will support the continued growth of the global wholesale business across Ready-to-Wear, Handbags, and Footwear. Reporting to the Sales Manager and partnering closely with the VP of Global Sales, this role will support the management of existing accounts, assist with market preparation and follow-up, and contribute to the day-to-day execution of the wholesale business.

Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day management of a portfolio of domestic specialty store accounts, ensuring exceptional communication and service.
- Build strong relationships with buyers and retail partners while providing best-in-class account support.
- Assist with seasonal market preparation, showroom merchandising, appointment coordination, and post-market follow-up.
- Maintain sales tools including order entry, line sheets, account recaps, seasonal selling materials, and account information.
- Analyze weekly selling, inventory, and sell-through reports to identify reorder opportunities, emerging trends, and account growth opportunities.
- Prepare account-level selling recaps, seasonal performance summaries, and business analyses.
- Monitor sell-through by style, color, size, and category to support in-season business decisions and account conversations.
- Leverage sales and inventory reporting to proactively identify replenishment opportunities, inventory risks, and product opportunities across accounts.
- Partner cross-functionally with Production, Logistics, Planning, Merchandising, Design, Customer Service, and Operations to support account needs and ensure timely execution.
- Coordinate sample trafficking, showroom organization, seasonal sample management, and product launches.
- Support in-season business including reorders, swaps, shipment tracking, order maintenance, and account follow-up.
- Assist in preparing customer presentations, seasonal product assortments, and selling strategies.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge across Ready-to-Wear, Handbags, and Footwear collections.
- Assist with prospecting and business development initiatives to support continued wholesale growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 1–3 years of experience in wholesale sales, merchandising, buying, planning, or a related fashion role preferred.
- Familiarity with, or strong interest in, the contemporary specialty store wholesale marketplace.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret selling, inventory, and sell-through reports and translate data into actionable business opportunities.
- Advanced Excel proficiency, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, filtering, sorting, and data analysis.
- Experience with JOOR, Shopify, RLM, NuORDER, or similar wholesale platforms is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Travel
Travel is a required component of this role and includes both domestic and international travel.
- Minimum of four (4) domestic trips annually to New York for seasonal market appointments and key account meetings.
- Additional domestic travel as needed for product knowledge (PK) clinics, trunk shows, retailer events, prospecting, customer meetings, and other business needs.
- International travel is expected and will likely include up to four (4) trips annually to Paris for seasonal market appointments, customer meetings, and business development.
