You are dedicated to supporting a critical function at SWC. As part of a dynamic team, you’ll assist the Accounts Payable Supervisor with various aspects of the payables process in a fast-paced environment.
This position is based in Los Angeles, California, and reports directly to the Accounts Payable Supervisor.

Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and batch daily invoices, expense reports, and other transactions, ensuring compliance with organizational policies.
- Verify and reconcile vendor accounts, maintaining and updating payment schedules and summaries.
- Address in-person and email inquiries from vendors and staff.
- Conduct research on invoices, payments, and related issues as needed.
- Assist the A/P Supervisor with weekly check runs.
- Maintain and organize vendor records and files.
- Support the Accounting Department and overall organization’s goals by completing assigned tasks and special projects.
- 2-3 years of experience in Accounts Payable or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable processes.
- High attention to detail and strong multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Problem-solving mindset and proactive approach.
- Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, adaptable environment.
