We are seeking a friendly and dependable Retail Cashier & Deli Team Member to join our team. This position combines front-end cashier duties with deli food preparation.

Compensation
- $128-140 per day (based on experience)

Available Shifts:
Mondays - Fridays 5am-10am
Mondays - Fridays 2pm-10pm
Saturdays & Sundays 5am-10am
Saturdays & Sundays 2pm-10pm
Responsibilities
Retail Cashier Duties:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Operate cash register and process transactions accurately
- Provide excellent customer service
- Stock merchandise as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized front-end area
Deli Team Member Duties:
- Prepare, slice, wrap, price, and merchandise deli products
- Make sandwiches, salads, and hot meals
- Take counter and phone orders and complete them promptly
- Prep ingredients and supplies for the next day
- Maintain clean, organized work areas
- Follow all health code, food safety, and labeling standards
Qualifications
- Reliable and punctual
- Friendly with strong communication and customer service skills
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
- Basic math and computer skills
- Able to lift 10–20 lbs regularly; up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Able to stand for extended periods
- Comfortable working with cleaning agents
- Retail, cashier, deli, or food prep experience preferred (training provided)
- Must be 16 years old (VT requirement to sell alcohol & tobacco)
