This is a full-time remote role for a Collections Specialist. The Collections Specialist will be responsible for managing overdue accounts, contacting customers to facilitate debt recovery, and arranging payment plans. Daily tasks include maintaining accurate account records, providing excellent customer service, resolving disputes professionally, and working collaboratively with the finance team to optimize cash collection.
