What You’ll Be Doing
- Be the “first impression” for our clients with professional and friendly communication
- Assist clients with questions about accounts, placements, payments, and remittances
- Work side-by-side with our sales team to ensure everything runs smoothly
- Accurately enter and manage new business information
- Help create exceptional client experiences every single day
